Insurance For Your Needs
Home Insurance
In Florida, homeowners insurance is a must-have. Your insurance agent can help you determine the amount of coverage and options applicable to your individual situation. Keep in mind that that the Dwelling coverage (Coverage A on your policy) needs to be sufficient to cover debris removal, the cost to rebuild your home, and expenses to meet current building code. This is not the real estate or tax appraised value of your home. We have access to software that can help determine the correct Coverage A taking into consideration the current building construction materials and labor costs in your area.
Life Insurance
Safeguard your family’s future with the right life insurance policy. Don’t leave the future of your loved ones to chance. Having the right life insurance is pivotal in planning for the future of you and your loved ones. Life insurance can help you fulfill promises you’ve made to your family when you are gone.

Commercial Insurance
One of the most common types of business insurance, commercial property insurance provides a wide range of coverage for buildings, inventory, equipment, tools and more. Losses from fire, break-in, vandalism, windstorm and other natural or manmade disasters are examples of what is typically covered. A basic commercial property insurance policy may be all you need, although the types of coverage can vary between different insurance companies. We can help you determine the type of insurance policy and range of coverage that is best for your business.
Condo Insurance
If you own a condominium, you will want to insure your home’s contents such as furniture, clothing, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing, and electric fixtures inside your unit. Your condominium association may be responsible for the unit’s ceiling and bare floors and walls. It’s important to review your association’s bylaws with your agent to understand exactly where the association’s responsibility ends and your begins.
Auto Insurance
The right auto insurance policy can help get you back on the road quickly if your car is damaged or destroyed by accident, fire, theft, or other covered event. Your policy may also provide protection against medical and legal expenses resulting from injury, loss of life, or property damage caused by an accident involving your vehicle.
Auto insurance requirements vary by state.
In most states, to drive you must carry:

-
Liability coverage — to pay for losses you cause others, or
-
No-fault coverage — to pay you and your passengers for medical and related expenses caused by injuries from a car accident, regardless of who is at fault, or
-
Both liability and no-fault coverage
Mobile Home
Your agent can assist you in determining correct Dwelling coverage limits based on the purchase price or a source like the NADA book value. There is no coverage for the land or lot where your home is located. Replacement cost coverage for your home and contents is available. Other optional endorsements include Golf Cart coverage, which can cover physical damage to the cart and your liability while driving it, and Secured Interest Protection in the event you borrow money to buy your home and your lender or manufactured home dealer requests coverage to protect their interests.
